By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or referral, or engaging Immaculate Therapy for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Immaculate Therapy is an NDIS-registered allied health provider based in Adelaide, South Australia. We deliver services in accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct and NDIS Practice Standards. Our services include positive behaviour support, counselling, clinical supervision, and consulting.

Immaculate Therapy will not share any participant information with any organisation, service, or individual unless the participant has explicitly nominated them on a signed Consent to Share form.

7. Services and Referrals

Submitting an EOI or referral does not guarantee service commencement. We will discuss your needs and confirm capacity before services begin. We reserve the right to decline referrals where we cannot safely or appropriately meet a person’s needs.

8. Appointments and Cancellations

We ask that you give us 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment where possible. Late cancellations or non-attendance may incur a fee in line with NDIS Support Catalogue rules. Our full cancellation policy will be provided in your service agreement before services commence.

9. Payment Terms

NDIS-funded participants are invoiced in accordance with the current NDIS Support Catalogue and their individual plan. Self-funded clients will be provided with a fee schedule prior to commencement. Overdue accounts may result in a pause of services.
