Where It All Began

Immaculate Therapy was founded in honour of the memory of my mother, Immaculate. As survivors of the Rwandan genocide, our lived experience has shaped a deep understanding of the profound impact mental health can have on individuals, families, and communities. At Immaculate Therapy, we believe that intentional change, no matter how small, can create ripples of meaningful and positive transformation across many areas of life.
